Yep.
Plenty of white scumbags getting sent up the river, too. Just most of them are not the HIghest profile person in American proffesional sports!
If Peyton Manning did it, there would be just as much publicity.......but it would be the NAACP trying to roast him, instead of get him off. I am thoroughly sick of the race card.

I agree with you 100%, I think people like Al Sharpton ( if what you say is true) overuse the race card way too much. In my opinion, that hurts the black community more than it helps, because it creates anger and frustration from white people who are tired of being called racist due to every little thing. Now, I'm not saying there isn't racism now in the U.S., but Al Sharpton is being a hypocrite if he's using the race card in this case. What Vick did was 100 times worse than what that one moron radio guy said.

The Rev is actually behind Peta and signed a letter supporting them back in early July. I don't agree with most of his tactics in using the race card, and he didn't use them this time. Anybody with money has an advantage in the courtroom. Look at the United States Government, which has a number of Senators and Congressmen convicted of DUI's and Domestic abuse. It's funny how nobody hears about this or how the media blows it up in to a big deal like they do do with high profile athletes. There is clear evidence and studies that show Black and Latino males receive harsher sentences than white males if convicted of a similar crime. Thats not playing the race card, thats just fact. Look it up, its not hard to find.

i dint think AL sharpton was a slave so i don't know why he'd playing a race card..AL sharpton is the racist for going there..i thought he was a reverend or about god or something...sounds to me if a black man was a terrorist he'd endorse him too..he makes it sound like all black people are racist..he needs to realize we are all people on this planet together and that the bus in Montgomery was boarded a long time ago!!! he must be stuck in history or something...he doesn't know how to move foreword
if this isnt true about Al then this goes for the people that are paranoid and think the white people are out to get them..wake up its 2007!

Al Sharpton did NOT play the race card concerning Michael Vick. He and Russell Simmons made statements that animal cruelty is wrong, and anyone who is involved in this should be punished.

Al Sharpton is a race baiting hypocrite. If the black community would tell him to shut up and go home ,they would do the entire USA a favor. The same goes for his boyfriend, Jesse Jackson.

Huh? Didnt you get the memo? Blacks are always innocent when judged by other blacks. They are also always judged too harshly by the man and treated unjustly. They also have a "be racist free" card that they can play over and over again. Whites dont get that card. Whites are always guilty of racism and of keeping blacks down. How dare you ask them to tke responsibility for their own actions and not involve the race card? That would be disastrous for black people in America!!

If only Michael Vick was white... everybody could hate him for the sick **** that he is and not have to worry about being considered a racist... I'm white, and I liked Vick about 3 months ago, today, I hope I never see him play football again...

Every time someone like Sharpton opens his mouth and says something like this, they set their cause back, and give more fuel to the racists...
