Is it okay to exercise, jog, drink soda/tea.....? Or do we have to be really careful during the two week wait?

Life is no different in teh tww than any other time. Even once pregnancy is confirmed if you were active before you shoudl continue to be so within reason. Newest studies show even as many as 3 servings of caffienated drinks will haev no effect.

You can exercise. You should drink caffeine free drinks and eat healthy.

Excerise is fine...even recommended. Watch the caffeine intake.

I wouldn't jog but the rest sounds okay. In this heat, don't overdo yourself.

It is ok to do all of those things, however you may want to be conservative with the caffine.
