The possible only way is to contact the provider: Hotmail.com customer service by e-mail and explain the problem to them. They will actually have to contact your friend to verify that she is indeed the owner of the account. There is NO QUICK FIX for this problem. If she is a TRUE friend, she will forgive you. Anyone could have done this, since you are extremely sorry, she should forgive you. The simplest and best thing to do is be honest with her.
