I think anyone who deals with absolutes is not a good, rational person. they are not safe either, because if you disagree they have no problem killing you since you were wrong (and they have no doubt that you were).
we shouldn't fight extremism with extremism. we should try to get rid of that kind of thinking all together.

I know.. how terrible is it the Republicans are so inflexible in their support of freedom, justice and humanity. From Stalin to Hitler to Mao to todays liberals.. these are ideals the left has always opposed. So, it's not really a surprise you don't think they're worth "fanatically" standing up for..
