Log into your account and use the "contact us" option or look under HELP for advice. If it wasn't delivered they should reship it. I had a book went "missing" in transit, and they shipped a replacement as soon as they were informed of it.

Amazon are awefully slow delivering items ive bought stuff of amazon which has taken longer than a month to arrive. Buy off ebay instead they are usually much quicker and cheaper. By the way which amazon did you buy off ? where do you live? whatever you have bought could be comming across oversea.

This happened to me recently with CD Wow.

I waited a month and still didnt receive my item, so I wrote to Customer services, told them that this was an unacceptable amount of time to have waited, and requested a refund.

The refund was processed on the same day, no arguements.

Hope that helps.
