Even though I'm only 15, I love architecture!
I like looking at the different types of houses on the roads and I've always wanted to be able to build my own house.
That's why I want to be an architect when I'm older.

Nothing. It does'nt concern me..I do believe though that the Architects in the old days were much more craft orientated than the modern architects of today.. Look at the old churches and their beautiful designs compared with the Glass towers they build today..

It's many things ....it's an expression and validation of civilization... as well as the positive and negative use of space (man-made vs. nature).... a functional art form. You might want to read "The Fountainhead" by Ayn Rand.

Beautiful, innovative, and "quality" buildings. This includes historic homes, libraries, museums, campus buildings, designer homes, etc.
(i.e. none of these cheaply-built, cookie-cutter homes in tight subdivisions that are spreading across the nation and ruining our landscape.)
