I'm not sure I understand your question, but look at the Clinique products. They make special wash, toner, and moisturizer for different kinds of skin. They also make them for combos, such as dry-oily.

I don't know what the numbers are for but if you have sensitive skin you should be patting on an appropriate moisturizer every time you cleanse ie: in the morning and before bed
don't overcleanse or you strip natural oil from your face and don't use really heavy moisturizer either because it will stop the skin's natural sloughing and your sensitivity will get worse

Hmm iu don't quite get your question, but I have sensitive skin and when i moisturize i apply a thin layer and then rub it in, then wait 5-6 minutes then apply another thin layer.
That is about it, LOL i probably wasn't much help. Sorry.

For highly sensitive skin, select products very carefully to lessen the chances of suffering from allergic reactions. Buy products that are hypoallergenic as they do not contain any harsh chemicals. Avoid products that contain fragrance as the alcohol in the fragrance can irritate your skin.
