Indians don't lack anything in terms of work culture. Yeah you will get some here and there but that's life. In most cases, Indians are the ones in the west that are more professional than others. Overall, I don't think that it's about culture but moreover about the person themselves and how they portray themselves. We can't be sterotypical in any concept really because these days it depends on the person themself and how they present themselves!

Indians lack noting at all. My doctor comes from India. In fact in the UK, what I heard is that professionals from India are so into details and perfect form and polite manner. But that may be just another cliche. People are people and what matters is who they are really, what they can do and know. all the best.

LOL, that's a joke. If anything, they're more so. My mom's boss is from India...he is professional with everything he does and so is every other person from India I have met (which is quite a few).
