what's the right word: health care or healthcare ?

Heathcare is one word! At least it is becoming one word.
It started off as being 2 words, "health" and "care" just like "highway" started off being "high" and "way." All six of the words talked about in this discussion have their distinct, different and unique meanings.
New words are formed and the meaning of words change in the English language for it is a living language.
