Women will go around in circles trying for you to hear one simple statement in attempt to not hurt your feelings or hers.
just ask her to tell it to you plainly.
Women love to be listened to just like men love to feel appreciated.
if only people would understand that women think with their hearts and men think with their head(s),we all would stay together longer.

I couldn't make sweeping judgement statements like our friend Melissa D did ;-) but I can tell you that "listening" is a trait that we have to consciously develop. It doesn't happen automatically.
I do all of the above. Sometimes hardly listen, sometimes handle things because I want it one way, and some other times I do listen. And if you take away the times I listen because I'm hearing what I want to hear LOL, the number of times I actually listen when I have to, is relatively small :-)
But that in my opinion isn't just a men versus women thing. We all are equally guilty of not listening to our spouses/partners well enough. And at 34, I'm learing to listen better and I know 34 years from now, I'll probably in the process of learning ........

I listen to my woman all the time. I listen so much I can finish her sentences before she does. I know what her reactions are and all the signs that men don't know. Like when she leaves her clothes on the floor. It doesn't mean she's dirty it reminds her that she has to do laundry. I handle her very well because again I know her inside and out. We get along great and because of that she tells me everything which makes it easy to handle her.

I always listen to her in the same way she listens to me because I keep in mind that she is a human being just like me and has all the same rights,wants,and needs that I do so it is only fair that she is treated as fairly as I expect to be treated.

I listen to everything my girl says, unless she goes on and on about nothing then i kind of drift away. Yes i handle my girl
