Hello Farzana, I am also of East Indian Decent. Well from the picture I can tell yes you do have a yellow undertone and to be honest just because you have a yellow undertone doesnot mean that you can't explore with colours. But use suttle shades and be sure to use the approprtiate eye shadow brushes which consist of 3 different brushes. A small brush to apply the lightest colour all over the eyelid as mild as possible. Then a smaller brush to use on the lids for a bit darker colour. then finally the smallest brush to use on the contour of the eyes to create a shadow effect with the darkest of the three colours. Keep in mind you would apply as light as possible seeing that you are only 14. Im 24 yrs old now and when I was 14 I experimented alot with my mom's make up. Now Im a Hair and Make up Artist. Another point I must stress on even though you are 14 be sure to use a moisturizer on both your lids and both your under eyes. Then with a gentle motion work your way up. On both the lids and under eyes before using make up. Another thing Use your foundation base before applying a your eye-shadows, as the powder would help hold the Shadow without caking or creasing. If your country there are "Sacha" make up available its recommended best for your skin tone. Trust me because I use it and also I work with their products.

Guess what? You are a Winter/COOL! You have what is called an OLIVE complexion.
Here are your colors for wardrobe:
white, pinks, cherry red, coral, lemon, mint, jade, forest green, sky, royal, and navy blue, lavender, plum, gray, black, and silver jewelry.
A cool with brown eyes should try:
greens
blues
purples
grays
rosy beige or rosy brown
Accent colors:
white
pinks
silver
Buy some inexpensive palettes of colors at the drugstore or grocery store, to see which flatter you the most. [ such as multiple blues, or for brown eyes, etc. ]
Get extra applicators for extra colors in palettes - I use the front for first color, back for second, and a new applicator for last two colors, so they don't smear.
Practice lightly at first, and check your look outside in natural light, before you wear it in public.
Lips/Cheeks:
pale pink
rose
cherry red
coral
burgundy
plum
By the way, you look fantastic without makeup!

wow you have good eyes!! Greens or Purples always make browns pop. Use an eyeliner in either of these colors and you will be amazed. With yellowish undertones you don't really want to go in the black direction but you could go for a chesnut-like brown.

Well, first of all, I think you are very pretty!! =]
Since your eyes are brown I would try the Almay Brown Eye Intensifying I-Color!! I have Hazel eyes and I use the Hazel Eye Intensifying I-Color and it works WONDERS! It makes your eyes stand out and POP!
You can buy it at any local WalMart, WalGreens, online, or a drug store!

A light blue. When you wear it, don't put that much on.
