This is what my agent keeps telling me, but I've heard otherwise. Personally, I think he's just trying to hook a lawyer up.

I don't know about MA, but I know here in NC real estate agents aren't allowed to draft any sort of legal documents, contracts, or provisions. We're not lawyers, and drafting contracts/agreements is considered "practicing law without a license".
