Dickies is a clothing brand like for pants,overalls, and shirts. I dont know if there is anything else called Dickies.

Katy is correct, and even though there is a clothing brand of Dickies, the term started long before the brand and it is a piece of clothing worn inside the top of a shirt to give the effect of wearing a pull over under your button shirt.

You are probably referring to the clothes made by the Dickey company. They normally make work clothes and coveralls which are called 'dickies'.

They are little clothe things that go under a shirt - it makes the person look like they have a sweater on underneath, but it is not as hot to wear them. I have always thought they were a little silly.

Get your mind out of the gutter. Its an article of clothing you wear under a sweater or blouse to make it look like a turtleneck.It my not even go as high as a turtleneck it may just go up to your neck.
