I need help understanding and figuring out which digits are considered significant numbers/zeros. Any websites or actual explainations will GREATLY be appreciated!

i think of you need to take accepted chemistry to verify the fundamentals notably in case you have no longer have been given any chemistry historic past. you will no longer understand what is going on. have confidence me I drained to pass Chem a million (accepted chem) and go quickly to chem 2 (bio/organic and organic chem) and had no clue what became occurring, it became like distant places language!
