a buisness is private property and they are not obligated in any way to allow you to use their restroom. urinating in the parking lot would qualify as indecent exposure and could land you in the pokey for the day. your best bet-tell them you are going to vomit on their floor. usually that will get you a fast pass right for the bathroom.

No, a business has the right to refuse restroom services to anyone that is not a customer. Urinating in the parking lot could get you arrested.

Only if you want to pay for the "privelege" if you get caught or seen. Many businesses do not have public restrooms because people treat them like animals. Restaurants are the only business I am aware of that are required to have public restrooms, if dine-in is available.

Sure, Rex, whip it out anywhere. However, if someone sees you doing this, all it takes is a quick phone call to 911 and you are ticketed for urinating in public, a definite no-no!

You can pee wherever you want, but you might run afoul of public indecency or malicious mischief laws. Business owners are not required to provide restauarants to non customers.
