you went into a restaurant and had a chunk of glass in ur food, didnt see it, put it in ur mouth then felt it and spit it out. then a couple weeks later you got an infecton in ur tounge and was put in the hospital for a few days. then was on prescription medication for about a year, and then had a surgery done to ease the pain in your tounge. how much would that lawsuit be worth?

Ask your attorney, they would be the best one to decide that.

But how do you know the glass caused the problem?

You really need an attorney, not a bunch of "opinions". Be prepared to prove the glass was in the food. Did you report it at the time it happened?
