I know its around 168W longitude, and it's somewhere in Alaska, but I need to know the exact longitude of the most westerly boundary of the U.S.

Cape Prince of Wales, at 168°05′05″W, is the westernmost point on the mainland of the Americas.
Udall Point, Guam ( 13°26′51″N, 144°37′5.5″E) is the westernmost point in all of US territory.

The furthest west would be the west end of the Aleutian at 172 EAST. The border is probably in the ocean at 170 East.
