My dog can tell when I'm hurting and where it is. My leg can hurt and he will smell the area where it hurts and thank God he doesn't smell Crotches that has never been his thing.
He just knows pain and he's good at it.

Personally I am not impressed. My dog is always sticking his nose in my crotch and everyone Else's. Apparently he has to be up close to get anything...
