I think Liberalism is like having pests in your house. They come in waves. For a few seasons, you just can't seem to get rid of them, and then, seemingly without explanation, they seem to go dormant for a while.

The problem is, Liberalism is rooted in the typical damaged psyche of a confused, frustrated, lazy mind. There's a new generation of Liberals every year, just like the ants that infest the typical Florida kitchen after a rain.

Liberalism is a tendency some people have to fight their whole lives. It is a warped outlook on life, and a lazy man's mentality. It's akin to people who can't think of any other place than McDonalds to get a hamburger or Red Lobster to have fish. These people can't even conceive of a better way, just as their political views prove. Their only solution is more entitlement programs, and that dark, terrible path towards Socialism.

You just have to understand one simple fact about human nature to realize why Liberals act the way they do.

Have you ever helped a friend who was in a bad situation, but you helped perhaps a little too much, so instead of you being appreciated, your friend became distant and sullen? It's common for people who receive help to end up feeling resentment instead of gratitude. This is because no one likes to feel indebted to anyone. It makes them feel inferior and that makes them angry.

This is the Liberal mentality 100% On some level, Liberals realize that, if it weren't for the protective cocoon of the United States, which allows even lazy and undeserving people to enjoy a level of success that would be considered spectacular in many countries. The undeserved success makes Liberals feel a huge amount of resentment towards their benefactor: The United States of America.

This is why Liberals want the U.S. to fail. Their subconscious can't reconcile its feelings of indebtedness towards the U.S., so instead it blindly lashes out with hatred, hoping to bring down the U.S. to their own level.

Keep in mind, most of what drives Liberals is subconscious, but if you get Liberals really steaming mad about something, they will sometimes reveal their innermost thoughts, thoughts they didn't even consciously know they had. For example, I made one Liberal so mad he finally blurted out, "Oh yeah? Well maybe the U.S. doesn't deserve to be so powerful. We don't deserve all this stuff we've got. It was just too easy."

You see? It's a feeling of self-loathing, just like when you hear the immature rants of a damaged psyche like Al Franken. Why do you think so many comedianes are Liberals? It's due to feelings of inadequacy. They use humor to mask their pain. Same for actors. They don't feel their real self measures up, so they like living in a fantasy world where they can be anything they want to be.

Now, I'm not going to parrot Michael Savage who said Liberalism is a mental disorder, but...

Now, the good news is that there is sometimes a cure for Liberalism, and that is called Adulthood. As Winston Churchill said, "If at 20 you're not a Liberal, you don't have a heart. But if at 40 you're not a Conservative, you don't have a brain."

"as we all know more and more people are coming to their senses and becoming more CONSERVATIVE"

And that's based on what, exactly? It's certainly not true that the Bush administration has been a boon to the conservative movement.

BTW, the number of registered democrats is substantially higher than the number of registered republicans. In addition the number of democrats who consider themselves liberal is increasing.

As a Democrat I agree CONSERVATIVE is coming back.
as I find myself buying less each year.

New clothing no way I shop at yard sales (cheap)
New cars hell no I buy used and I never buy from a dealer
( why pay sales tax)
Going out eat maybe once a month we used to go out every week.
Christmas shopping we really cut back we now only buy for our Son and that's it. in the past we would charge Christmas like millions of people do not anymore......

So you bet CONSERVATIVE is back I don't thinks it's the kind the Right Wing nut jobs like your self have in mind but it's what your going to get.

I tell you your making me a little afraid that," Who Flew Over The Coco Nest is coming out in real life. Your party is so gone but I'll tell you one thing it'll be a long time before they'll be forgotten , I can guarantee that. In about 2 years you mention Republican and people will run and hide looking around the corner hoping they haven't arrived in my town , Oh, No.

Apparently according to the last election results and the national polls for the next election, it most definitely not a dying ideology.

As of November of '08 we will have a mass of high requiem for the failed FundaMENTAList Christian CONSERVATIVE movement we have endured for the last 27 years..

Most modern countries are much more 'liberal' in their philosophies than the U.S. But even the U.S. is as liberal as it is conservative.

No, the U.S. still has a large pool of ultra-conservatives but relative to the big picture, that brand of conservatism is going the way of the Dodo bird. One of the only other places it's thriving, actually, is in the Muslim world.

Not at all. If anything the foibles of the Bush administration have moved the country back towards the left.

I suppose the Novemeber 2006 elections and current polls are your evidence? LMAO.

No it is just wishful thinking on your part.

However, think about this. If there were no more liberals, who would you hate then? Then you will to find some other group of Americans to demonize.
