AT&T for interfering with their exclusive agreement to service iphones in the US or Apple to show they "mean business" in an effort to "show they have integrity" so they can get partnership deals with other corporations in the future.

Actually, unless he unlocked the iPhone for any purpose other than personal use, i.e. monetary gain, AT&T has no grounds to sue him, nor does Apple.

at&t cant. They clearly stated that only the AT&T network could hold it. Therefore, when he proved otherwise, he should be able to sue AT&T
