You can find a radio Disney radio station by state by going to there website- http://radio.disney.go.com/music/yourstation/
Also, Radio Disney is on XM And Sirius satellite radio,as well as music choice, you can also listen to it online

You can get a list of stations from the below website. But if your town isn't listed you can listen online (click the red button in the upper left corner).
Almost all Radio Disney stations are on the AM band and you need an antenna to pick up most AM stations that carry Radio Disney, because they are usually smaller stations - or it may be far away from you. Or, see if there is a place on the back of your radio that says ANT or something similar. There might be a small screw, you can attach a piece of wire to it and that may help.
