I was gonna answer one of Top of the line's questions (the one with the cross as an avatar) and it said that I couldn't view it......did s/he block me??? I didn't do anything to them

Yup. She blocked you.. When people block me.. I block them back.. Then I go to my back-up account (which they haven't blocked).. Pop in just to say hi as a surprise visit... Totally unexpected.
