A single thunderstorm does little to affect the quality of water in a lake. The amount of water that falls is small relative to the amount of water in the lake, so the temperature will not be significantly affected. If acid rain occurs in that area, the rain could be degrading the quality of the lake water, but it would be a process that takes places over the course of years; the water would not be particularly more acidic after a particular storm.

The rain from a thunderstorm is pure as they come from ice particles(formed at great heights)which ,while falling through the freezing level, melt and give the rain.So the water will be ok.Acid rain is very rare from a thunder cloud.

The Lake might be polluted because people put rubbish in lakes and make it unswimable and undrinkable.
