My sister married this guy about a year and a half ago , i thought he was cool .. but he seemed to be a jerk..first of all we are a mexican family and we would usually go to mexico and she fell in love with him..but then he came with a visa in 2003 and my sister ran away with him,,later came bak they got married and that when i think i started to see his true colors He gets his paycheck and wastes it on necesities,yea of course that,but he wastes it on his car as well like a zune speakers underlight a remote to turn on the car from far away..and almost every weekend he leaves at 11:00 PM to go hang with friends and drink then my cuzin (which knows him alot) told me he drunk ... and he called her saying "whyd u tell him balh blah.. and called her a *****..he also tells my sister to Shut the **** up but he saids he "plays around" no physical abuse tho , he lives in the same house i do ...he calls me a freak..and he has papers because my sister what should i tell her ..is ha an asshole?

Your sister is a big girl. I think you should just leave it alone and let her handle things herself. If she was that unhappy I'm sure she would do something about it. Just because he is a jerk and drinks with his friends that doesn't mean he is a bad husband. I think you should mind your own business.

Its your nature to want to protect your sister from any heart ache and from all jerks in this world! BUT if you protest too much it could put a wedge between you and her ya know? Let her know u dont care for this guy and tell her why. NICELY! But dont tell her everysingle day 10 times a day cuz that will hurt her more than anything! Let her know u will always be there for her and she can call u anytime day or nite! Alls u really can do is be there for her ya know? Of course if this jerk hurts her then you can always hunt him down and kick his a$$!!!!!!!

If she loves him and you want to remain close with your sister you will have to learn to tolerate him.
