For protein: all types of beans; lima, soy, pinto,kidney, green beans. etc..
For fiber: whole wheat grain bread.
Red wine :)

I would make the decision when I was really full:

lettuce
fish
whole-wheat bread

then I would be forced to be skinny and in good shape my entire life! lol
