I was born in England and then moved to America. Now I'm back here again.

The kids at school and even some of the teachers think that I am somehow automatically 'not all there' because I am American, it's kind of funny but at the same time annoying. English people tend to see Americans as wild and crazy, with the girls being flirty and dumb blondes like Jessica Simpson.

Americans see English people as kind of 'posh' and formal. There was kid at my old American school with a very upper-class British accent and everyone used to get him to say things.

A general opinion is a bad thing. But since that is what you want I am fond of the English for their literature, their derring do, their architecture, and their stiff upper lips.

I have nothing against ANY group of people...but since you asked:
They are very snobby about the English Language--like they OWN it, and don't recognize American English.
They have a strange sense of humor....no cuisine to speak of....are almost worshipful of the royal family....and many have very poor teeth.

And they apparently hate us, from most of the comments I see on this site.

Upper class as arrogant and snobbish,
I've got alot of respect for the working class Brits as good ole boys. Never forget their balls in WW2, London blitz, trafalgar, et al.
But what's this thing they've got with Royalty? Haven't got that one figured out yet.

I just came back from England and had a horrible time. The people are a bunch of miserable drunks. The woman are very promiscuous. They think nothing of meeting a guy a screwing him then and there.

Oh and they have bed sense of humors and they smell- no joke.

They're good people, and very friendly. They just have a different accent than we do.
