Chinese food has many veggy's to complete the natives diet. China doesn't have much meat, so adding every vegetable is very important to them. They have tomatoes, onions, cauliflower, broccoli, and bell peppers in there diet.

you know the Chinese food they serve here are a fake because only china has Chinese food.i am Chinese my self and there is no platter with more than one slice of onion in it.

No. I noticed it also. I suspect that leeks and shallots finally hit a price roof for them. Luckily I love onions. But there were a lot even for me.

but what you said reminds me of this movie I saw yesterday called Kidulthood...someone got *very* angry about onions lol. but yeah. that's kind of a 'you have to be there' thing.
