I was looking at buying this for Halloween but I am not to sure how it would fit. I was wondering if anyone ever bought this costume or maybe if there is simply a pattern I could use to make it.

If you're size 0, it should fit. Those full-body costumes are usually made from lycra or other stretchy material...
