The eye doctor I go to is in French... which if you want to call that Latin.......

Never had an eye exam done here but all of the charts that I do see, they use LATIN letters. :) and some use pictures of items.

In Iran... the chart is in neither Latin or Farsi!
They are signs... :)

So wouldn't Morocco be the same?

well I have no idea about Moroccon eye clinics, but I live in SaudiArabia.. and the charts are not really in any language.. there are huge images like apples, umbrellas, etc and they ask about them, they ask about colors, and the letters are like a giant E and they ask which direction the hands of the E are facing..

Usually, they have both, they also have chart for toddlers with drawings on it and for illiterates with Us of different sizes in different directions.
Don't worry, the doctor will chose the one most appropriate for your case. He's a trained professional.
