Most modern colour lasers are good wuality output, but NOT quite true photo output.

Also they can print on "most" paper, but you get much better results with a "High brightness, 90gsm" paper than with "cheapo inc, recycled, unbleached, 80gsm(honest it is, if just feels like toilet paper)" paper
NEVER EVER put "inkjet photo" paper in a laser, it melts in the fuser and then costs you $$$ to repair
