black hole is defined as a place where gravity is so high that even light cannot escape it
so it possible the time inside it slows downand it may even be portal

Um...nowhere. You just get crushed out of existence by the enormous gravity and your mass becomes part of the black hole. After a few centillion years the black hole might disintegrate, but you would no longer exist as a human being at that point.

Nowhere. You would just be on (in) the black hole. Just like if you went into the Sun you would just be in the Sun and if you fell to Earth from space you would just be on Earth. There is nothing special about the gravity of a black hole. It is just like Earth's gravity, only stronger.

If you try to go into the black hol you would simple be torn apart an will fall into the black hole.It will change you into a particular type of radiation and send you into space.

A black hole doesn't go anywhere - it's a misleading name. It's a singularity, a very dense spot in space. If you fell into one, you would only be making that dense spot slightly denser.

You would die before you entered the Singularity. If you didnt you would become a very very very compact bit of mass.
