I have a 35 gallon tank with a 3 1/2" Redtailed Shark, a brisle nose pleco and two blue Gouramis (one male one female).
The male Gourami is around 3 1/2" long and the female is slitly smaller.
Have have yet to find another type of fish to add to my community tank because every time I put a new fish in the male gourami harasses the new fish until it is seriously injured or dead. Does anyone have any suggestion on what type of fish will be compatible with my aggressive gourami?
(The Redtailed Shark is peaceful until something piss' it off)

Ditto to Bettachris

Well, your gouramis are slow moving fish, I woudl recommend you get fast moving fish such as Neon Tetras and Cherry Barbs. They are faster than your gouramies can reach.

ram.
Rams are a good smaller cichlid that you can add with a blue gourami. Blue gouramies will get large and are fairly aggressive, Blue and bolivian rams will be fine in a 35 gallon.

I would avoid another bottom fish, as redtails will get aggressive when they get older.

Also a barb species, will be fine. Avoid tiger barbs as they will cause problems for the gouramies, look into striped barbs. They are alittle rare, but a nice sized(4-5) inched barb that is schooling and will be fine.

Swordtails would also be another option to go, larger livebearer and will be fine.

All of these are good options, but not all of them, you dont want to overstock your tank.

No. Angelfish eat bettas, and gouramis are stupid fish that won't eat and just die. Try guppies.
