I just downloaded zonealarm suite and restarted my computer. But for some reason, it goes through its normal boot sequence, but it never starts up my computer. It boots up, shutsdown, boots up, over and over again without starting up windows.

Your OS could be messed up. If XP, try this:

You have a driver conflict causing a blue screen of death that happens so fast you dont see it. Restart your computer, during bootup press F8 for safe mode, scroll down the options to "Last known good configuration" and allow it to boot up this way. If last known good configuration doesn't fix it, restart the computer, go into F8 for safe mode, start the computer in safe mode with the fewest options available, then using add/remove programs from the control panel, uninstall whatever you just installed.

From the sound of things, you installed a version that was not compatible with your current operating system, it is also possible that the download you received may have been corrupted in some way and you might have to redownload it to correct it.

Run your computer in safe mode. You can do this by tapping the F8 key on startup. It will start your computer with the bare minimum of files. So Zone Alarms won't start. You can uninstall it. Or do a system restore from there. Then you can try re-installing or it or whatever.
