Gosh it was so many years ago I had forgotten!
A camping trip with friends in France. Spent the entire holiday packed into a car designed for 2 not 4 of us plus camping gear, thunderstorms flooded the tents and different ideas on what we wanted to do pretty well ruined the friendships.

A week of rain, arguing kids, not enough booze and a remortgage to pay for the bloody holiday in the first place.

just be gr8ful u get to go anywhere and no may have thought to myself couldve been better in a minor complaint sort of way (weather possibly) u have to make the best of where u are and what ur doing in any environment,we only live once, now im sounding like my nan used to but good advice non the less

I don't like holidays so replace 'car' with 'coach' and I'd say just about every time.

Yeah, except I was on a ferry, it was a long weekend away with the in-laws, never again!!!!
