Kurt Vonnegut was right, He is a stupid redneck with a powerful father and click, to help him steal elections, while "We the people" were to busy getting fatter and more apathetic. In times past the 'Bushwa' powers that be would not even have tried such. Bush is Symbolic of what WE'VE done to our selves, he is America!

He is a politician, and politicians are generally inconsistent. It comes from having to please as many people as possible, no easy trick. It doesn't help that this particular Bush is somewhat incompetent to begin with.

Because he doesn't do his homework, most of his "logic" is based on some highly illogical point(s), and his primary interest is not serving the people, just the highest bidder.
