it says cloick ok to restart your computer,then when you click it nothink at all happens ?? can some one help me quick please !! its soo important x

Your OS could be messed up. Try this:

System restore doesn't work unless you made a restore point the computer doesn't make one for you. you will have lost most of your resent data now and you can't get this back in future make a restore point for it to go to if it screws up,.

Something like that happened to me and I think it's because I have deleted some programmes and it could'nt give me starting point. Not enough data left on HD to restore,so it switched back to my desktop items.

Hi,
Try this just put the Windows install disk into the drive and reboot your system, then just select REPAIR from the options. Hope this helps you.

ive had the same problem.what it is is that your comp. might not have really stored the restore date so i suggest(like I did) go in and create your own restore point ,and after that everything might start working properly
