A Cuban restaurant. I just moved from south Florida to the NE and boy do I miss roasted pork and black beans.

Dunkin Donuts for the love of god! I am from New York and had to move to Omaha, Nebraska and not only are there no Dunkin Donuts here, but they refuse to come here. I have even offered to buy a franchise license from them - still they refuse.

Regis Temporary Offices and other business start-up and incubation services are greatly needed here.

A nice, reasonably priced clothing store. We have Wal-Mart and 1/2 higher priced stores for older women, a dollar store, and a very small Penneys. Are you coming? I could probably find lots of people to throw you a party lol.

An alternative source for TV and broadband internet.

Right now we only have two sources of TV and two sources of Internet.

Real competition in pricing and services only happens when you get 3 or more competitors.
