Hey i was wondering if anyone could give me advice on how to change my nose screw for when it comes to the time, please. And should i use ice as it will be the first time changing the piercing. Thanks if you do answer because i can't seem to find answers anywhere on the web!

A screw is the most painful to change! I would go back to where you got it done and ask them politely to change it for you. If you must do it yourself, do it slowly and try to use a mirror to look up into your nose to get a feel of which way it s coming.

my sister didnt use ice she just took hers out

Best thing is to take it out and let it heal up. Piercing, to me, looks awful and un-natural.
