No you're no longer too outdated imo. you have no longer take any sustained punishment over a protracted profession like a veteran expert could dos so your physique would be quite sparkling, notwithstanding your reflexes will start to slip a sprint in the event that they have not already yet once you have sturdy timing and you combat along with your head you are able to help negate those issues. some warring parties( no longer many) are outdated at 28 in Boxing words, no longer because of the fact thats an outdated age for a Boxer its merely that some warring parties take particularly some punishment of their careers, that's what i advise approximately your physique being sparkling albeit along with your reflexes consistent with possibility! no longer as sharp as they have been once you have been youthful. Matt Skelton grew to become British Champion elderly 34+ and he had no longer historic past in Boxing in any respect.

My brother does this, and he's only 16...And, sometimes he wakes up and can barely walk...I don't even want to think about how you would feel after a day of BMXing!!!

Well, it's gonna hurt more when you fall than it does for a 16 yr old....also, you'll heal slower.

Age does that.
