In Colorado, we have a place called Beau Jo's pizza that is really good. I prefer the hand tossed (called Mountain Pies) wheat crust , but they have thin (called Prairie Pies). I think you would like a specialty Prairie Pie called the Little Sicily: roasted garlic and olive oil sauce, Italian sausage, scallions, black olives, roma tomatoes (but you could leave them off), and jalepenos, with mozzarella, parmeson, and Italian cheeses. The Li'l Italy is similar - come to Colorado and check it out.
Also. if you have never tried a Mediterranean pizza, you should. I couldn't find a menu online, but Louisa's Gourmet Pizza and Pasta in Crestwood, PA sounds good; "specialty pizzas made to order".

I love thick crust, the thicker the better. I like lots of tomato sauce, lots of cheese, and pepperoni. Just a good, classic pizza.

I like the thin crust regular sauce and thin sliced mushrooms and peperoni. In second place is the Hawaiian (I like an Alfredo sauce in place of the tomato sauce.)
Maybe a bit boring, but I love it.

My favorite type of Pizza is original, hand tossed. I like cheese and pepperoni on my Pizza. Occasionally, I'll order a deluxe one.

Preheat the oven to 425. Bake the easy crust for roughly quarter-hour (or till it quite is gently browned). get rid of the crust from the oven. positioned a small volume of mozzarella rapidly on the crust. it is going to help the sauce keep on with the crust. Spoon the sauce on ideal of the sauce onto the crust (over the mozz). upload your cheese on ideal. i could use a mix of all 3 cheeses. Use greater mozz than parm & romano. upload the basil, pepper & in spite of different toppings final. positioned the pizza returned into the oven at 425-450 and bake till the cheese has melted & somewhat browned. sturdy success.

I like pan pizza. And as for the toppings, it varies on what i feel like eating. Mostly I like pepperoni, mushrooms and black olives. Sometimes I like ham and pineapple. Sometimes, a BLT pizza or cheeseburger. It all depends.

Gee! (I know, I know. Why am I from the '50s?) You're like my opposite! I love puffy crust with only a little bit of cheese, a little bit of sauce, and olves and ham. Yum!
