I used to have nightmares about these two shows. I'm pretty sure they were TV features from Disney and I would have seen them in the late 70s or very early 80s. One was played at Halloween and had something to do with a possibly mentally ill young man who worked in a sawmill and hurt himself, and then hid in a scarecrow while the mean town bullies looked for him. At least that's what I remember. The other was about a girl looking in an attic or something, and there was a chest, and then a white ghost looking girl appears floating in the corner and only comes out for this one girl. Maybe there was a doll involved, or maybe the ghost girl haunted the house?? Anyway, I'd just like to know what these were so I can find out what scared me when I was young! :)

I remember the scarecrow one, that was definitely NOT a Disney movie. I think the second answerer may be correct, but for some reason I always thought it was called "Children of the Corn," but that may have been a different movie.
The ghost/doll one is probably "Child of Glass," which was a Disney tv movie from the mid-1970s. I remember seeing it on The Wonderful World of Disney on tv and being slightly frightened by it because someone actually died. The movie is out of print and I have not heard of any plans to release it on DVD, but there are bootleg copies for sale if you look around. I just wouldn't pay too much for it, because a friend sent me a copy of the video, and it wasn't that great the second time around. If you're interested, the movie was based on the Richard Peck book "The Ghost Belonged to Me." There are several sequels to that book, as well. I don't know about the first one, but Disney did one a long time ago called The Watcher in the Woods, and there was a ghost girl who only showed herself or did things for the one girl.
