I'd say Bugs Bunny. I mean Mickey is a lot nicer than Bugs. But Bugs is a lot cooler. A judging from Mickey's movies when he is under a lot of pressure he crumbles, whereas bugs just stays cool, and calm under pressure. So my choice is Bugs.

Bugs Bunny for president b/c he was a very clever rabbit. He always had a back up plan for those who thought they were going to get him. Mickey Mouse is submissive what ever you want him to he will and a president needs to have a mind of his and how to take the leadership roles all qualities that Bugs have.
