I live in chicago and I would like to buy a stand up arcade game. I am looking for Pac-man, Donkey Kong, or Ms. Pac-man. I do not wish to purchase through internet. I would like to go to a place and actually see the machine first.

In the advance search box type "arcade" then goto location and enter your zip and the distance you are willing to travel. If you find someone in that area then send them an email asking them if they have what your looking for or know of somewhere local to find such items. Use the Internet to find persons with similar items and then go from there.
