I think life reflects back to us what we emanate out.
It's certainly more complex than that and pain does happen in our lives, but grace, and forgiveness, and kindness, we can always practice those.
Joy tends to overflow and get passed along.

yes i really am. like when i try something new or act differently to a person, i see how that effects affects (whatever e-a ffect). Well you always have to try something new :-)
