I don't think there's any such thing as "the best ever song". It depends entirely on the type of music you like, your personal preference, the criteria by which you judge a song etc. I've always had a hard time picking one song above all others as being my absolute favourite. In fact, I find it hard enough picking my ten favourite. However, some of my favourites are :
