We can't be happy ALL the time. That would refuse us our full range of emotions. We would be single dimensional beings with no substance.
My face shows who I am. At any given time it could be happy, sad, angry, elated, embarrassed, or hurt. That's the way it should be.

Almost always. I have a good suit of emotional armor and a cadre of wonderful family and friends that are positive, challenging, and affirming.
I have hills to climb, rainbows to chase, and daughters to raise that I spent time in the moment learning from and teaching.
Life is exploring. For all it's challenges and moments, I'll stay positive. One shot, one life. I'm going to be happy, grow, and learn.

You know, I've been told that I smile a whole lot. I think that's a good thing, though. If you've been through the hell I've been through and haven't OD'd or been put in prison, and by the grace of God, turned your whole life around - You'd probably be smiling all the time, too.

Not always . It does spill over sometimes. People tell me I have a zest for life, so I can assume that I am generally in a good place.
