Who sings "i want to come home"..recent soft rock song..?

There is a nice song I've heard on the radio, but they never say who sings it. It's soft rock, a man sings it and I am not sure the actual name of the song ~ but some of the lyrics are "it's cold outside and i want to come home." I've googled it but can not find anything. Does anyone know what I am talking about?
