Hi,
That means factorial. A factorial is the produce of that number and all of the positive natural numbers below it. For example, 3! = 3*2*1 and 5! = 5*4*3*2*1.
You can find that function on the keyboard of most sceintific calculators and in the menus of graphing calculators. In the TI graphing calculators, it's in the MATH menu.

That's the factorial symbol. The factorial of a non-negative integer n is the product of all positive integers less than or equal to n.

3! means 3*2*1 = 6

So if you mean θ³ / (3!)
That evaluates to θ³ / 6.
