First thing I would do is never ever ever allow anyone to touch you computer for any reason.
You just have expierianced a suppose to be friends practical joke. The only way around this is to either go back in time using System Restore in your System Tools.
Or, you can use the original operating system disc and erase and install the operating system a-new.

If you are using "Internet Explorer 7",
you can delete history of passwords and everything, by putting properties for It's icon and put delete history.

go to their website and they must have instructions for you to remove them. if not ... report them to the BBB
