Tough call. For me it's a toss-up between Mr Tambourine Man, Desolation Row and Tangled Up in Blue.

I like " All Along The Watch Tower". Great tune and great lyrics. "Lay Lady Lay" and "Tangled Up in Blue" foolow up as second and third in line.
